DROP OFF PROCEDURE
Please keep your dog on a leash until you meet kennel staff.

Please have your cat in a transportation kennel.

Cats can easily be startled by dog barking etc.

Cats and dogs are housed in different buildings.

Do not bring your cat into the dog kennel.

Paperwork will be done in the kennel office after the pets have been settled.

Your dog can run around in the off leash area or keep us company in the office.

We will together set up the run the way you like it with items you have brought from home ( bedding, favorite toys etc).

We provide food/water dishes.

Most pets feel more at home if provided with their own familiar bedding.

You will have to sign an agreement if you allow your dog to play with other dogs.
Please note that we don't  normally allow more than 4-5 dogs playing with each other and that each "play-group" consists of dogs that have been carefully selected by age, temperament etc

When it is time for you to leave, we will put your dog in his run and after your dog has settled down, he will be taken out in the off leash area. If this is the first time your dog is here, he/she will be taken out by himself the first time, just to give him/her some time on their own to get acquainted with the area.

You will leave your dog's collar, the kennel supplies leashes.

For sensitve dogs, we prefer to not let the dogs see you leave (they will be in their inside run until you have left).

Please note that cats will not be put together with other cats, unless from the same household.
